All products sold by the trade company La Molina Artesanía, with CIF: B-76238682 (hereinafter La Molina Artesanía) are brand new, original and include original packaging and accessories.
Photographs and texts describing the listed products are from partner companies and manufacturers, so La Molina Artesanía is not responsible for their accuracy. Products may suffer slight variations in specifications, colors and other design features. La Molina Artesanía takes great care about the information displayed being correct, but it cannot guarantees the accuracy of these descriptions.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
At any time, La Molina Artesanía reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of products and services offered via website. In order to ensure the customer about the certainty and safety of the product price, this will be the effect on the advertising at the time of the order.
La Molina Artesanía's commitment of sale and delivery of the offered merchandise is subject to stock of the advertised product and its availability while stocks last.
In its commitment to quality and customer service, La Molina Artesanía tries at all times that advertised products are available.
However, under exceptional circumstances, like interactive multiple orders or those which cause the product stocks, the order and the contract between the parties shall have no effect under this clause, fully restoring the client in case of prepaid amounts paid by the same, without it being necessary for any of the parties compensation whatsoever for breach of contract, consequential damages or lost profits.
If one of the items is not in stock, we will send an e-mail within 15 days (from the date you placed the order) to communicate the time in which we can send your(s) Product(s).
La Molina Artesanía offers the payment method with PayPal or credit card (Visa or Visa Electron, MasterCard). When the transaction is processed, it will be ensured that the user of the card is his rightful owner. All these operations are carried out via PayPal website (https://paypal.com/) following its terms and conditions.
If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be charged at the time of the order, prior authorization from your bank or savings bank. If the payment has not been authorized, your order will not be considered. Online payment by credit card is done by "PayPal" system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted via Internet.
METHOD AND SHIPPING
Products purchased through our website can be picked up at the establishment of La Molina Artesanía the customer chooses to formalize their request, or may also be sent to his home.
All shipments to mainland and Balearic Islands are sent through Correos España (Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days), unless the package exceeds 15 kilos, in which case the delivery time modifies (Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days) *
* At Christmas time, due to Correos workload and the large number of holidays, we estimate shipments can be delayed a few days longer than usual. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipments to Canary Islands are sent through Mensajería (estimated delivery time: 1-2 weekdays).
For International Shipping, estimated delivery time will be 7-10 working days, except in case the package exceeds 15 kilos, in which case you should consult with us via email: email@example.com
If delivery cannot be made within the period specified on the website, customers will be informed of their order status.
The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipments to Canary Islands are charged at € 5.25 to € 12.25 (according to weight) and, for the rest of Spain, at € 5.25 to € 26.25.
International shipments are charged at €7.25 to € 61.50, if the package does not exceed 15 kilos of weight. In this case, it will be determined according to weight and dimensions. Consult with us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders contain an additional shipping insurance, which protects them from any damage or loss that may arise during transport. La Molina Artesanía is responsible for their forwarding at no extra cost to the customer. If they suffer any damage, the customer must reflect it in the delivery note of the carrier in order to proceed with the insurance claim.
Once the order is entered, the customer will receive a notification via e-mail which specifies the day in which the order will be available in La Molina Artesanía store he formalized his purchase.
In order to collect the purchased products, the buyer must show his original and valid ID or passport at the store.
In case the purchase is collected by a third party, the customer must first email to email@example.com with data of the authorized person (full name, ID). It is mandatory that the Authorized Person identifies himself with his original and valid ID or passport.
La Molina Artesanía guarantees reservation of your product for two days. After that period it is possible that the product is no longer in existence, in which case we guarantee money refund in the same payment form used for purchasing.
In order to place its order, the customer must take the following steps:
The client must register on our website and personal information will be requested. Once the register is done, he will receive a message to his e-mail to activate his account. The customer places an order and chooses his payment by credit card or PayPal. He will receive a mail copy of his order within a few minutes.
Once the payment is received and verified, merchandise is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. An email is sent with the shipping number to track the order online. The original invoice issued by La Molina Artesanía is attached in all orders, valid for warranty purposes.
La Molina Artesanía is declared Retail, so: "Retail, by Article 50.3 of the Law 4/2012, of June 25, administrative and fiscal measures. Prime Ministry, General Provisions"
It means we're not able to alter the IGIC of the products we sell directly, i.e. the tax (IGIC) is included in the sale price.
RETURN / WITHDRAWAL OF CONTRACT
According to Law 47/2002 of the Retail Trade Regulation, products that are made with customized settings (usually products made according to customer requirements) may not be returned, as well as products that can be played or copied immediately (Compact Discs, software, video films, books, etc.) and consumables that have been neglected.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 working days from the receipt date to return it. You must ship the products in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories, along with the warranty – UNFILLED - to the following address: Calle Triana, 58 35002 - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
It is indispensable that the material HAS NOT SUFFERED ANY DAMAGE after unpacking. Before signing the receiving agreement of the carrier, check the packaging integrity.
It is essential that any return of any item will be tightly packed to prevent damage during shipment/transportation. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We advise you to protect your(s) article(s), as you will be considered responsible for any damages suffered during transport.
The refund amount will proceed by the same medium the payment (credit card, debit card or bank transfer) was made, within 15 calendar days from the date of withdrawal, although the company reserves the right to withhold payment until receipt and verification of the product, according to Law 110. The customer has 15 calendar days to return the product from the date of withdrawal.
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible withdrawal returns for the following products: personal care and unsealed food products.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer in case the product is not defective. If you wish, you can formalize the return at our stores and our conditions will be the same as the aforementioned.
In order to authorize the return, it is needed to contact the customer service department sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must present an invoice or sales receipt at the store to make returns.
La Molina Artesanía represents and guarantees that can sell products and services by its website www.lamolinartesania.com, ensuring that its Internet platforms are technically prepared for products sale.
Guarantees of quality and performance of the products and services of La Molina Artesanía will, where appropriate, be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration decision.

DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly stated. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals that apply.
